I am so pleased with my project with El Dorado Pools. Joe went above and beyond to get my pool finished on schedule despite significant delays from the deck company that had to finish before El Dorado could resurface the pool and replace tile. Every subcontractor and employee sent by El Dorado was extremely professional. The final project is beautiful and the customer service was exemplary.

So courteous and they take time to explain a lot about our pool needs. We decided to go with them for weekly brush and balance service and then had some issues with our pool pump shortly after. They came out and checked it out quickly — same day — to put us at ease. These guys did not try to pressure us to replace the pump just to make a quick buck, like many companies would. Joe came out and helped us ensure we were prepared for the winter weather. These guys are a class act and I highly recommend anyone looking for a solid company to service and maintain their pools to look no further than El Dorado Pools.

This is the best pool company in town. Joe and his team know everything about pools. They remodeled my old dirty pool into a beautiful new oasis. Also got the equipment humming. Logan takes care of my weekly maintenance and does a great job. To top it all off, they do a great job communicating and are responsive to any concerns you have. Highly recommended!

Outstanding job! I had a complete re-plumbing job on my pool equipment including new PVC, directional flow valves and multiport valve. Rico was professional, timely and his pricing was fair. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he would do it and at the price we agreed upon — no hidden surprises. He was respectful and cleaned up the site when he finished. He was the cleanest and most professionally dressed pool service and repair company I have ever used. Highly recommend.

Joe is an answer to prayers! He is everything I have wanted in a pool service but never thought was possible. He is knowledgeable, honest, great communication and goes the extra mile to help. Trust me, I have been through 6 pool companies in the past 5 years. Joe is the exception to what you usually get. Joe knows how to communicate, fix anything and everything pool related, make you feel like the priority, keeping your pool crystal clear. Our pool was badly damaged after the freeze in February 2021. We had to have all equipment replaced and due to power being out for 50+ hours the water froze in the pool and damaged the plaster, causing us to need full resurfacing as well. We had gotten bids from several companies but El Dorado was the only company that was realistic on the repairs we were needing. Not only was their bid fairly priced but they were extremely professional and very prompt throughout the entire process. They cleaned up each day meticulously and were always on time and on schedule for everything they proposed. The attention to detail and incredible knowledge of all of their staff made a very stressful situation much more relaxed and manageable. Our pool is absolutely beautiful and I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing any pool repairs, remodeling or pool service of any kind.

Eldorado Pools completely redid our pool with new plaster and tile. It took nine days including draining and refilling the pool. Joe gave the schedule and everything went according to plan. Highly recommend.

We had struggled finding a pool company to help us manage, repair and maintain our pool. Joe at El Dorado Pools is AWESOME! He is quick to return a call, he's very professional, and we trust what he tells us. They have taken the worries away for us and for the first time we can enjoy our pool knowing it is in the hands of a professional.

We have been using El Dorado Pools ever since our equipment suffered damage during the freeze. They were able to repair everything within a week. Since then, we have our regular weekly service with Conner, and he does a fantastic job. The pool looks beautiful! He even sends us a picture of our closed gate since we have dogs. I'd highly recommend them for your service.

The folks at El Dorado Pools do a great job. I have struggled to find good pool services and this is it! My last service could not keep the algae out of my pool for the first month of this summer. I brought in EDP and they came by every day for a week to service it and ensure it was crystal clear. Now Cooper is here every Friday and the last half of summer was beautiful.
