Every pool we build follows the same seven key steps. Here is what each one looks like.
We start at your home. We walk your backyard with you, talk through how you want to use the space, and discuss style, features, and budget. Geometric, freeform, infinity edge, lap pool, spa, or outdoor living additions are all on the table. This visit gives us what we need to design a pool that fits your property and your lifestyle.
Our design team turns your ideas into detailed plans and a 3D rendering, so you can see your pool before a single shovel hits the ground. We refine the shape, finishes, and features with you until the design is exactly right, and nothing moves forward until you approve it.
We handle the paperwork. Our team prepares and submits permit applications with your city and coordinates any HOA approvals your neighborhood requires, so your project meets local requirements before construction begins.
Once approvals are in place, construction begins. Our crew lays out and excavates the pool, then builds its structure along with the plumbing and electrical work your design calls for. We keep you updated as the build progresses and take care to protect your property along the way.
This is where your pool takes on its finished look. We install the tile, coping, and interior plaster finish you selected during design, using premium materials and careful attention to detail for a beautiful result that is built to last.
We install and start up your pool equipment, including pumps, filtration, and any heating, lighting, or automation in your design, with an emphasis on energy-efficient options. Then we fill the pool and balance the water chemistry so it is clean, comfortable, and ready to swim.
Before we hand over the keys, we walk the finished project with you and make sure everything meets your expectations. We show you how to run your equipment and care for your pool, and answer any questions, so you feel confident from day one. Then it is time to dive in.
