Our pool was badly damaged after the freeze in February 2021. We had to have all equipment replaced and due to power being out for 50+ hours the water froze in the pool and damaged the plaster, causing us to need full resurfacing as well. We had gotten bids from several companies but El Dorado was the only company that was realistic on the repairs we were needing. Not only was their bid fairly priced but they were extremely professional and very prompt throughout the entire process. They cleaned up each day meticulously and were always on time and on schedule for everything they proposed. The attention to detail and incredible knowledge of all of their staff made a very stressful situation much more relaxed and manageable. Our pool is absolutely beautiful and I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing any pool repairs, remodeling or pool service of any kind.

Outstanding job! I had a complete re-plumbing job on my pool equipment including new PVC, directional flow valves and multiport valve. Rico was professional, timely and his pricing was fair. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he would do it and at the price we agreed upon — no hidden surprises. He was respectful and cleaned up the site when he finished. He was the cleanest and most professionally dressed pool service and repair company I have ever used. Highly recommend.
